Seeking Safety Therapy
Seeking Safety Therapy is the first empirically studied, integrative treatment approach developed specifically for co-occurring PTSD and substance abuse. For clients facing one or both of these issues, the most urgent clinical need is to establish safety--to reduce addictive behaviour, build healthy relationships, manage symptoms such as dissociation and self-harm, and restore ideals that have been lost. The model is highly flexible, practical, and engaging, and can be conducted with any other treatment.

Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a much more severe form of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It affects 3-8% of women and those AFAB of childbearing age. It’s a severe and chronic medical condition that needs attention and treatment. I can provide support and counselling on coping strategies.
